If the product delivered to you did not meet the specifications detailed on our website, or we made an error, then we will either issue you a full refund, or a credit in exchange for another product from our website, whichever you prefer.

Returned products will be accepted by us if received within 30 days of you receiving the item, and all items returned to us should not be used or damaged, and should be in new condition.

If you receive an incorrect item, an item you did not order, or if there is some problem or fault with the item, we will cover the cost of return postage.If the item is no longer required by you, or you don't like it or any problem which is not related to our service or the product, then you will need to pay for postage and return charges.
